BALANCE AND FLEX TOGETHER
Balance & Flex Together will grow you longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility and the core. Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full body fitness journey.
This class can be done up to 3 times per week if you are just starting out and as often as you like once your body becomes used to it. Every 4-6 weeks the class will change to continue to allow your body to grow longer and leaner.
Tuesday: 9:35-10:35 am
Wednesday: 6-7 am
Thursday: 9:35-10:35 am, 6:250-7:25 pm
Friday: 12-1 pm
Saturday: 8:25-9:25 am
Classes will be held in the Group Exercise Studio.
