To complete this level student will be able to swim 25 yards (1 pool length) using a good crawl stroke and rhythmic breathing, swim 25 yards of rudimentary backstroke, survival float for 3 mins and perform other required skills.

To complete this level student will be able to swim 25 yards (1 pool length) using an excellent crawl stroke and rhythmic breathing, swim 25 yards of good back stroke, swim 25 yards of rudimentary breast stroke, elementary back stroke and perform other required skills.

09 Flying Fish
To complete this level, student will be able to swim 100 yards each: Back Crawl (excellent form); Breast Stroke (great form); Elementary Back Stroke (great form), Front Crawl (excellent form with bilateral breathing) & Side Stroke (on both sides). Students will also be able to demonstrate 3 synchronized swimming skills, tread water 6 minutes (using different kicks) and perform some lifesaving skills.

10 Shark
This is the final level in our series and will require students to work hard and perform strokes at a near perfection level to complete this level. To complete this level, student will be able to swim a 200 yard individual medley (50 yards each butterfly, back stroke, breast stroke, freestyle). Student will be able to swim 100 yards each: Front Crawl (excellent form with filp turns); Back Crawl (excellent form with transisitions, dolphin kick and correct turns); Breast Stroke (excellent form with pull out starts & turns). Student will also be able to swim 50 yards each: Inverted Breast Stroke (great form); Overarm Side Stroke (good from); Trudgen Crawl (good form); Head up breast stroke and Head up front crawl. Student will also be able to persom a Lifesaving Medley (50 yards side stroke, and 50 yards lifesaving stroke). Students will also be able to demonstrate any skills learned in previous levels as well as tread water for 8 minutes.
